Smiley Solution is a technology studio specializing in the development of SaaS products, premium websites, and digital automations. We work with startups, small businesses, and professionals who want to build meaningful digital products.

We do not operate a contact form or any automated data-collection mechanism. The only information we receive is what you choose to send us directly through the following channels:

• Email — messages sent to krollkimdev@gmail.com.
• WhatsApp — messages initiated through the WhatsApp link on this website.
• Anonymous CTA click counts — when you click a WhatsApp button we record only a timestamp and which button was clicked. No cookie, no IP address, no device identifier, and nothing that could identify you.

We do not collect payment information. Apart from the anonymous click counts described above, we do not run website analytics.

Information you provide is used solely for the following purposes:

• Responding to your inquiries and project requests.
• Scheduling discovery calls or meetings.
• Sending relevant follow-up communications (never unsolicited marketing).
• Improving the performance and content of our website.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Our website does not use non-essential cookies. We do not run Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or any third-party behavioural tracking.

We do count how many times the WhatsApp buttons are clicked, so we can tell how many enquiries the site generates. This counter is first-party — it runs on our own domain, sets no cookie, and stores only a timestamp and the name of the button. It cannot identify you or follow you across websites.

The only cookie this website sets is NEXT_LOCALE — a functional cookie that remembers your language preference (English or Hebrew) between visits. It contains no personal information and is not shared with any third party.

The Smiley Solution website is hosted on Netlify, with all traffic served over HTTPS. The only data we store is the anonymous click counter described in Section 4, held in Netlify's storage. No personal information submitted through this website is stored in any data store operated by us — all communication flows directly through email or WhatsApp.

Any information you voluntarily share with us via those channels is retained only as long as necessary to complete your enquiry or project engagement.

This website integrates with the following external services:

• Google Fonts — used to load typography. Google may log the font request; no personal data from this website is passed to Google.
• WhatsApp — a direct messaging link (wa.me) opens a conversation in your WhatsApp app, with a suggested message you are free to edit or delete before sending. Any information exchanged is governed by WhatsApp's privacy policy.

We do not use Google Analytics, Calendly, Facebook Pixel, or any other advertising or behavioural tracking service. The click counter described in Section 4 is our own and is not shared with anyone. Each third-party service listed above operates under its own privacy policy.
